U15 County Champions

Tarbert produced their best performance of the year to win the Division 4 title in Finuge last Wednesday evening, 21st July. The men in Red and Black were dominant throughout with Shane Stack giving a solid and safe display in the full back position. Conor Egan was to the fore, particularly in the first half, and won endless possession in the half back line. The midfield pair of Michael Coolahan and David Mulvihill dominated from start to finish and never allowed Ballymacelligot a foothold in the game. Paudie Finucane was excellent at 11 and was well assisted by the industrious Lee Mulvihill at 12. The full forward line of Caolam Moriarty, Adam Enright and Tadhg O Connell delivered 3-07 of Tarberts tally and Tarbert’s ability to take their chances proved decisive on the night. The Division 4 Plaque was presented to Tarbert Captain Shaun Wren in front of their delighted supporters.
